摘要

本文介绍了ＴｒｕｅＴｙｐｅ字型技术，在分析ＴＴＦ文件格式的基础上提出了一种制作及转换ＴｒｕｅＴｙｐｅ字型的方法及程序，并描述了维吾尔文ＴｒｕｅＴｙｐｅ字符制作的具体程序及结果。

Abstract

After we introduce the True Type Font techniques.we present an approach to build True Type Font File and a tool to translate single byte coded True Type Font File to double byte coded TrueType Font file. at last. we describe the result Uigur character TTF building Using this tool.
