the distribution function for a relativistic electron in the hydrogen-like atoms and the density funtion for the same electron in th Klein Gordon theory are found.It is shown that the classical limit of the hydrogen like atom wavefunction in the relativistic quantum mechanics describes a homogeneous ensemble.
