根据我国边远地区通讯状况和信息服务的要求，我们研制开发出了集电子邮件技术、公告板技术，文件传输等功能于一体的网络服务软件，因其结构简单，耗资低廉等特点，很适合一些经济不发达的地区的信息服务的迫切需求．

Depending on the state of our outlying district and the demand of information service

this paper introduced E mail

filetransmission of the network service system.Because of its simple structure and consuming less

it is suited to the urgent need of inrormation service of not developing area.
