Existence and uniqueness of time dependent solution of \$M/G\+\{k
B\}/1\$ queueing model has been studied by using integrated semigroup theory.Followed by existence and uniqueness of time dependent solution of \$M/G/1\$ and \$M/G\+B/1\$ queueing models have been deduced.
