以EDTA作为螯合剂
加入N iSe2作为晶种
在碱性条件下合成CoS2粉体.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)
扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得产物的晶相组成及形貌进行表征
利用R ietve ld法及M aud程序对样品进行结构精修.R ietve ld精修结果表明
所得样品具有AB2型立方结构
空间群Pa3
晶格常数a=5.5340
并用M aud程序所得精修数据来表征产物晶粒形貌的立体结构.
CoS2 powder was synthesized by EDTA-assisted hydrothermal method under alkali condition
adding NiSe2 as seeds.with X-ray diffraction(XRD)
scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to characterize the morphology and structural features.The X-ray diffraction was refined using the Rietveld method and Maud program.The refinement data from the Rietveld method indicate that the products are AB2 cubic system
space group Pa-3
lattice constant a=5.5340
and the refinement data from the Maud program was used to characterize the spatial structure of the sample grain shape.
