目的:维医沙疗对股骨压缩和拉伸力学性能的影响.方法:压缩实验:30只新西兰兔随机分为沙疗组14只、药物对照组10只及正常组6只.对药物对照组和沙疗组的兔子的右膝关节腔内注射木瓜蛋白酶
建立骨关节炎模型;正常组不做任何处理.三点弯曲实验:20只新西兰兔右膝关节腔内注射木瓜蛋白酶
再随机分成2组
沙疗组和对照组.对照组兔子不作任何处理(自由活动).沙疗组进行沙疗实验
连续进行沙疗15d
每天30min.用药物治疗对照组的兔子
连续进行药物治疗15d.结果:由压缩实验可知
沙疗组试件相对于药物对照组试件表现出较高的压缩强度;通过三点弯曲实验可知
沙疗组试件表现出较高的抗拉强度
高于对照组试件的抗拉强度.结论:沙疗有助于提高股骨的压缩和拉伸力学性能.
Purpose:This article is focused on the effect of femur compressive strength mechanical properties and stretch strength mechanical properties about uygur sand therapy.Method:Compression experiment:30 New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into three different groups
14 sand therapy group
10 drug therapy group and 6 normal group
Papain was injected into the joint space of right knee of rabbits for 14 sand therapy group and 10 drug therapy group to establish model genu osteoarthritis
normal group did not treat in any way.Three-point bending test:Papain was injected into the joint space of right knee of 20 New Zealand rabbits to establish model genu osteoarthritis.The Paptain injected rabbits were divided randomly into two different groups:sand therapy group and control group.The control group rabbits weren't interfered in any way.The sand therapy group rabbits were given sand therapy for 30 minutes each day for 15 days.The drug therapy group rabbits were given drug therapy for 15 days.Results:By compression experiment
the sand therapy group showed high compressive strength than drug therapy group;By threepoint bending test
the sand therapy group showed high tensile strength than control group.Conclusion:Sand therapy can improve femur compressive strength mechanical properties and tensile strength mechanical properties.
