摘要

本文在全面分析新疆涉农上市公司财务报告的基础上

运用模糊综合评价法构建了新疆涉农上市公司经营业绩的综合评价指标体系

并确定各指标的相对隶属度和指标权重

对新疆涉农上市公司的经营业绩进行综合评价

取得了满意的结果.结论为公司经营业绩的综合评价提供了新思路

为外部投资者进行投资决策提供量化依据.

Abstract

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the financial reports of agricultural listed companies in Xinjiang

this paper puts forward an index system to evaluate business achievement of agricultural listed companies in Xinjiang by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

and determines the relative member ship degree and target weight.It has proved to be effective and offered a new thought to the overall evaluation of agricultural listed companies in Xinjiang.It has also offered a basis of quantizing for investors to make the investment decision.
