摘要

考虑了一类对高危人群实施干预措施的HIV/AIDS传播模型

给出了无病平衡点的全局稳定和地方病平衡点的局部稳定的条件。进一步研究了疾病的持久性

当R0>1时

疾病将在人群中持久。同时

还研究了干预措施在HIV/AIDS预防中的效果。

Abstract

In this paper

we considered a delayed HIV/AIDS transmission model with intervention measures for highrisk susceptible. The basic reproduction number R0which determines whether the disease goes to extinction or not is obtained. Throughout the paper

we investigated the global stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the local stability of the endemic equilibrium

when the basic reproduction number R0is greater than 1

it is proved that the disease is permanent in the population. Furthermore

we investigated the e?ect of the intervention measures on the prevention of HIV/AIDS.
