There are papers to inverstigate the generalized solutions of linear and qusili- near elliptic and parabolic equations of second order. The results show that many properties of the solutions are determinated by the structure form of the equations not the linearity of them. This paper devotes again to the generalizeb solutions of certain non-linear elliptic equations as well as parabolic equations of which the structure coefficients are in suitable integrable function spaces and the solutious are in an appropriate weight Sobolev's space.
