摘要

基点方法是在我国运用价值工程的实践的基础上产生的.从最早提出概念

到现在已经两年多了.两年多来

它已被发展成了一个系列.企业运用的实践表明

它是简单有效的.本文的目的在于给基点方法做一个总结

概括基点方法的工作步骤

给出它们的直观解释

论述它们的理论基础及由此产生的局限性

并给出相应的改进方法.

Abstract

The Basic Point Methods(BPMs)which established upon the practice work of apptication of Value Engineering(VE)in china have been proposed for 2 years. The fact has shown their merits of simplicity and efficiency.This paper presents a review of them

summarizing their working steps

giving a intuitive interpretation

pointing out the limitation of both the philosophy of a class of VE Methods and the BPMs

discussing a remedy using a correcting coefficient added in BPMs.
