摘要

本文报道了新疆常见的无尾两栖类——绿蟾蜍(Bufo viridis Laurenti)的胚胎发育和分期。根据胚胎的外部形态变化特征

绿蟾蜍的早期胚胎发育可划分为25个时期;在20±1℃条件下

从人工授精开始到蝌蚪的鳃盖完全闭合需186.1h。绿蟾蜍的早期发育过程同国内已研究过的其他蟾蜍相似。

Abstract

This paper deals with the early development of Bufo Viridis Laurenti

a common and quite abundant species of aruran in Xinjiang

According to the observations in May

1988 and in April and May

1989

the whole course of the embryonic devetopment in this species can be divided into 25 stages from fertilized egg to opercular completion. Under the thermostatic conditions of 20±1℃

186. 1 hours are needed to complete the whole process of early development. In comparison with B. gargarizana Can tor

B. naddie Strauch and B. melanostictus

the changes of external morphological characteristics in B. viridis Laurenti are similar to those in the other toads

but in certain aspects they exhibit their own fea tures.
