本文研究了测定柠檬酸的间接原子吸收法
用 FePO4悬浮液与柠檬酸作用
离心分离未反应的FePO4
用原子吸收分光光度计测定溶液中的 Fe
可间接求得柠檬酸的含量.用本法测定了饮料中的柠橡酸
结果与 AOAC 标准方法的结果很好地一致.
Abstract
This paper investigates a indirect AAS method for determining citric acid.Add FePO4 reagent tosample solution to react with citric acid
centrifuge to subside unreacted reagent and detect Fe in solution by AAS
Calculate the content of citric acid in samples.The results for determining citric acid indrink by this method are good and are agreed well with those obtained by the standard method ofAOAC.
