本文对新疆干旱区主要土壤类型、作物、果树及食品的锌含量进行研究
并测定不同健康水平人体头发的锌含量
以揭示锌与人体建康的关系
结合新疆土壤、作物等的锌含量特点提出预防和治疗缺锌病的措施和建议。
Abstract
This paper researches the zinc content of soils
crops and foods of Xinjiang and determinedthat of people's hair
to bring to light the relations between the zinc content and people'shealth. The author put foward measures improving food structure and using Zn fertilizer andoraganic fertilizer to prevent and treat disease shortage of Zn.
