have been synthsized and characterized by elemental analysis

HNMR and TGA. The function of hydrogen generation with the system containing chelate-K2 PtCl6-TiCl3 have been tested. The results showed that all the formed compounds have the capacity for hydrogen generation when they were irradisted by mercury-vapor lamp or natural light.
