General Data Reading System can distinguish English and Chinese but can not distinguish national minority written language (NMWL) in examination work management.A new plan depending on informations card to collect NMWL information has been put forward.This plan accomphish the collection of NMWL informations in the no-NMWL-DOS environment and the transferring of UTWAY System when NMWL informations need transforming.
