与对照组 (5 6.2 5 % )相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) .本研究表明 5 0 IU/m L重组人白细胞介素 -1 β的短期处理可能提高母体对冷冻胚胎的接受能力 .高浓度重组人白细胞介素 -1β对小鼠胚胎可能具有直接的毒性作用

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate whether recombinant human Interleukin 1β(IL 1β) affects the sebsequent development and transfer of vitrified murine morulae. Vitrified morulae after thawing were cultured in a droplet of mKRB medium with or without 5

5000IU/ml recombinant human Interleukin 1β. These results shows:1). There was no significant difference in the developmental rate of morulae to hatching blastocysts among those with 5IU/ml

50IU/ml

500IU/ml and without addition of IL 1β. However

with 5000IU/ml addition of IL 1β the hatching blastocyst rate of murine morulae(p<0.05)2.) significanlly decreased. IL 1β with various concentrations for 3 4h after thawing affects the pregnant rate of receptors differently. With 50 IU/ml addition of IL 1β the pregnant rate of receptors(33.33%) the pregnant rate of receptors(100%) and with 5000 IU/ml addition of IL 1β significantly decreased significantly increased compared with the control (56.25%)(p<0.05). These results suggest that IL 1β in the concentration of 50IU/ml added in vitrified morulae after thawing may contribute to improving the immunological tolerant of embryos and increases the viability of embryo transfer.
