Abstract
Powegranate is known as a king of fruits due to its edible and healthy function.Howerer
its deep process and extendible production has been severely restricted as a result of its special characters.After several trials and experinents
great progress has been obtained in respect of processing technique and preserving quality of pomegranate syrup.A kind of healty pomegranate drink with unique style has been succussfully developed by overoming its original unconverience in terms of eating.
