Abstract
With the method of literature metrology
statistical analysis is carried out on the published papers and quotations in journal of Xinjiang University (Natural Science Edition) from 2000 to 2002. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the journal objectively and present the recent development of scientific research of the university from one aspect.
