This article aims at setting up instructive mathematical model in top soil construction in Gobi desert and soil area of Xinjiang and solving the problem existing between the complicated experiment and practical joints using the theory and method of mathematial statistics according to the chart analysis of the data. Thus this fills the gap between Gobi desert and soil theoretically in this kind of projects.
