This paper introduces the structures
working principles and main component parts of the arc spring-finger type plastic film residue pickup cylinder. The analytical research on the movement track and the equation of the arc spring-finger has been carried on
and the movement differential equation that the plastic film residue opposites to the arc spring-finger has been established.The effects on the function of plastic film residue pickup produced by the forward speed of the machine set
the rotate speed of the cylinder and other factors have been analyzed respectively.The field experiment on the arc spring-finger type plastic film residue pickup cylinder has proved that the design is reasonable and the recovery rate can amount to 85% above.
