在DF4B/4C机车原有的机车安全信息综合检测装置的基础上
新增加一套工业控制器及数据采集通道组成实时记录系统
记录机车油、电、水等系统的牵引运用状态
通过在线分析或下载后地面分析软件
分析机车运行时的实时工况信息
掌握设备故障的渐变过程和变化趋势
为机车故障处理检修提供依据.
Abstract
Real-time recording system composed of newly increasing a set of industrial controllers and the data acquisition channel
based on the DF4B/4C locomotive original synthesis detector set of locomotive security information
to record the towing utilization condition of machine oil
electricity
water and so on.By the on-line analysis or downloading ground analysis software
analyze the moving locomotive's real-time mode information to grasp the gradual changing process and the changing tendency of the equipment breakdown to provide the basis for the locomotive breakdown processing overhaul.
