在浓硫酸的催化下
与正丁醇反应
制备了环烷酸正丁酯.探讨了带水剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比对酯化反应的影响.得出了最佳工艺条件:苯用量为50%
反应时间为4 h
反应温度为160°C
浓硫酸质量分数为1.5%
酸醇摩尔比为1:2时
环烷酸的酯化率高达92%.
Naphthenic acid butyl was synthesized by using naphthenic acid from Kelamayi
Xinjiang and butane as raw materials in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid.The effects of amount of the agent

catalyst dosage
reaction temperature
molar ratio of acid to alcohol on the ratios of esterification were investigated.The optimum technology can be obtained as follows: amount of benzene was 50%
the reaction time was 4 h
the reaction temperature was 160 °C
the concentration of the concentrated sulfuric acid was 1.5%
the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1:2
the esterification rate of naphthenic acid is more than 92%.
