甲烷化是煤制天然气的关键环节.研究固定床甲烷化反应器中的特征参数场分布
对实现反应器结构优化、确保产率最大化有重要意义.本文以新疆伊犁庆华年产55亿立方煤制天然气固定床甲烷化反应器为对象
借助大型工程分析软件ANSYS-CFX
运用数值模拟计算方法
获得了反应状态下固定床层内温度场、压力场、速度场等关键特征参数的场分布
为甲烷化反应器的结构优化提出合理建议.
Methanation is one of the key steps of SNG. Researching on the distribution of characteristic parameters inside the methanation fixed bed reactor is important to achieve the structural optimization of the reactor and ensure yield maximization. In this paper
to Xinjiang Yili Qinghua 5.5 billion cubic meters SNG per year project
by using Numerical Simulation based on Ansys-CFX
the distribution of characteristic parameters inside the methanation fixed bed reactor such as temperature
pressure
velocity has been found and some suggestion for the structural optimization of methanation reactor has been put forward.
