露天煤矿开采中
层状岩体的存在给爆破开挖带来了挑战.本文通过装药结构理论分析、LS-DYNA3D数值模拟实验及现场工业试验
对新疆黑山煤矿层状岩体两种爆破装药结构进行研究.结果表明:层状岩体空气间隔装药结构较连续装药结构
提高了爆破有效能量利用率
从爆破过程、岩体破碎效果、根底残留情况以及后拉范围方面
取得了较好的效果
提升了挖运作业效率
降低了采矿成本.
In the open-pit coal mining
the existence of layered rock mass poses certain challenges for blasting excavation. This paper was based on theoretical analysis of charge structure
LS-DYNA3D numerical simulation experiment and field industrial test. Two kinds of blasting charge structures of layered rock mass in Heishan Coal Mine of Xinjiang were studied. The results show that the airdeck charge of layered rock mass is better than the column charge
which improves the effective energy utilization rate of blasting. In terms of blasting process
fragmentation effect
root residue conditions and back-tension range
good results have been achieved
which improve the efficiency of excavation operation and reduce the mining cost.
