在弱耦合区域和电子浓度半满情况下
我们研究了一维U(1)自旋各向异性的t-U-J-V模型的基态特性.通过组合玻色化和重整化群分析的场论方法
我们获得了量子相图.基态中包含二个有自旋激发能隙的自旋密度波(SDW)和键序自旋密度波(BSDW)的绝缘相以及二个无自旋激发能隙的Mott绝缘体(MI)和Haldane绝缘体(HI).研究结果揭示了各向异性的相互作用对一维关联电子体系的低能物理有着重要的影响.
We study the ground-state properties of a one-dimensional(1D) half-filled t-U-J-V model with U(1)-symmetric transverse spin anisotropy at weak coupling. The use of field theory combining the bosonozation and renormalaliztion-group analysis helps to obtain the quantum phase diagram. The dominating phases contain two insulating spin-gapped spin-density-wave(SDW) and bond-spin-density-wave(BSDW) as well as another two spingapless Mott insulator(MI) and Haldane insulator(HI). The results exhibit that anisotropic interactions have an important effect on the low-energy physics of 1D correlated electron systems.
