为探讨干旱和盐渍环境对玉米生长早期的影响
采用PEG6000处理模拟干旱胁迫、NaCl处理模拟盐胁迫
对种植于新疆、山西及东北地区的6种玉米杂交种进行种子萌发及幼苗生长实验.结果表明:随着PEG或NaCl浓度的升高
萌发指标及幼苗生长指标均受到抑制.NaCl对玉米种子萌发及主根伸长的抑制作用比PEG的强
低浓度的PEG促进玉米种子主根的生长.以种子萌发指标及幼苗生长指标衡量
6种玉米杂交种对胁迫的抗性由强到弱顺序为:新玉110>新玉47>九玉J03>KWS2564>九圣禾2468>新玉80.综上所述
干旱、盐胁迫使玉米萌发和幼苗生长受到不同程度抑制
但不同杂交种的敏感性不同.
The objective of the present study is to clarify the effect of drought and salt on the early growth of seed and seedling of maize hybrid
which may provide theoretical evidence for maize production. In the present study
the effects of salt(NaCl) and simulated drought(PEG6000) on seed germination and seedling growth of six maize hybrids were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of NaCl and PEG concentrations
the germination and seedling growth indices were reduced
and the inhibitory effect of NaCl on germination and main root length was stronger than that of PEG. The lower concentration of PEG promoted the growth of main roots of seedlings.According to seed germination and seedling growth indices
the order of stress tolerance of six maize hybrids were ranked from stronger to weaker as: XY110>XY47>JYJ03>KWS2564>JSH2468>XY80. In conclusion
drought or salt stress inhibited maize seed germination and seedling growth to some extent
however
different hybrids presented diverse sensitivities
our results will provide reference for maize production and development of stressresistant varieties in the future.
