本文以某二级平行轴直齿轮传动系统齿轮箱为研究对象
综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度与啮合误差等内部激励的影响以及两级间耦合作用关系
采用集中质量参数建模方法
建立了二级齿轮传动系统的平移-扭转振动分析模型
求解得到了传动系统的固有特性与轴承动载荷;以轴承动载荷作为箱体的振动激励源
采用了FEM/BEM的方法计算了箱体的辐射噪声
得到了箱体各场点的辐射噪声谱
通过实验分析论证了二级齿轮减速器噪声预测方法的准确性.通过分析两级轴间夹角对齿轮箱辐射噪声的影响
得到了两级夹角的改变会影响轴承动载荷的振幅
从而较易产生较大的载荷冲击
由于装配姿态的改变直接影响到了箱体的结构设计
进而影响到了箱体的辐射噪声.
A two-stage cylindrical gear transmission system gearbox is used for the object. Considering the influences of the time-varying meshing stiffness
coupling the angle between the three shafts and other factors
the translational-torsional vibration model of a two-stage gear transmission system is established by using the lumped parameter method. The inherent characteristics and bearing dynamic load of gear transmission system are obtained. The bearing dynamic load is used as the vibration excitation and the radiated noise of the gearbox is calculated by using FEM/BEM method. Then
the noise spectrum of each sound field point of the gearbox is obtained. And the experiments is presented for validation of the method. The influence of the angle between three shafts on the radiated noise of gearbox is systematically studied. The results show that the angel of three shafts affects the amplitude of bearing dynamic load
which is easier to produce a larger load impact. The change of assembly method affects the design of the gearbox structure and the radiated noise of the gearbox.
