通过玻色化和重整化群分析方法
我们研究了一维变形t-Jz模型的量子特性.在弱耦合区域和电子半满填充下
我们获得了模型的基态相图
体系表现为自旋-能隙相.电荷-能隙相变线λc=(πJz/16t)1/2把相图分成二个不同的量子相区:λc对应Neel序的绝缘相
λ≥λc对应超导序与Neel序共存的金属相.诱导产生的三体吸引作用是产生超导TS0序的物理原因.研究结果揭示一维变形t-Jz模型与t-Jz模型不等价.
By the bosonization approach and renormalization-group analysis
we study quantum properties of a one-dimensional modified t-Jz model.At weak coupling and at half filling
we obtain ground state phase diagram
characterized completely by spin-gap phases.The charge-gap transition λc=(πJz/16t)1/2 divides the phase plane into two different regions:an insulator with Neel order for λ c
and a metal with coexisting superconductivity(TS0) and Neel(SDWz) orders for λ> λc.The induced three-body attractive interaction is responsible for the TS0 order.The results indicate that the 1D modified t-Jz version is not equivalent to the original t-Jz model.
