光伏具有波动性强、可控性弱的特点
以及电力需求分布不平衡
易造成弃光问题
对电网可靠稳定运行带来了严峻的挑战.为了缓解弃光现象
本文提出基于光储系统的光伏消纳策略.该策略以光伏消纳为优先原则
将光储联合火电厂满足负荷供电需求;其次
制定储能系统充放电状态框架;最后
针对光储系统容量优化配置问题
构建光储系统日内最大净收益目标函数模型
采用鲸鱼算法优化储能容量.最后以新疆某光伏电站和火电厂为例进行算例分析
仿真结果验证了鲸鱼算法在该模型求解中具有优越性
并且所提策略能够达到弃光消纳目的.
Photovoltaic has the characteristics of strong volatility and weak controllability
which causes serious problem of photovoltaic power curtailmentposes
and it is a severe challenge to the reliable and stable operation of the power grid. In order to alleviate the phenomenon of photovoltaic power curtailment
firstly
a photovoltaic consumption strategy based on the optical storagesystem is proposed. This strategy takes photovoltaic consumption as the priority principle
and introduces solar storage combine thermal power plants to meet the load power supply demand; Secondly
formulate a framework for the charging and discharging state of the energy storage system;Finally
to optimize the configuration of the solar storage system capacity
the maximum net capacity of the solar storage system Revenue objective function model is built
and the energy storage capacity is optimized. This paper takes a photovoltaic power plant and a thermal power plant in Xinjiang as an example to analyze. The simulation results verify the superiority of the whale algorithm in solving the model
and the proposed strategy can achieve the purpose of photovoltaic power curtailment consumption.
