利用分子印迹吸头整体柱结合便捷、高效固相萃取装置与萃取方法对化妆水中5种局麻药进行探究,并采用GC-MS实现了准确、灵敏的测定.以布比卡因分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)为选择性吸附剂,超高分子量聚乙烯为粘结剂,在移液吸头中通过共烧结制备了分子印迹吸头整体柱固相萃取(PT-SPE)装置.当pH=9.00、10%乙腈水为上样溶剂、甲醇为洗脱溶剂时,PT-SPE对化妆水中局麻药的萃取率最高,且处理后样品基质干扰显著降低,谱图变“干净”,5种局麻药LOQs为0.06~0.09 mg·L-1,该样品前处理方法简化了对化妆水样品的萃取步骤,有效地提高了对化妆水样品测定的灵敏度,实现了对5种局麻药的准确测定.
In this paper
a convenient and efficient pipette tip solid-phase extraction(PT-SPE) device and corresponding method were developed and coupling it with GC-MS enabled accurate and sensitive determination of local anesthetics in toner. PT-SPE device was fabricated by co-sintering of bupivacaine molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) as selective adsorbent and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as co-sintering agent. The optimal extraction conditions for local anesthetics in toner sample by PT-SPE were pH=9.00
10% acetonitrile water as the loading solvent and methanol as the elution solvent. Under these conditions
a clean chromatogram of the sample was obtained
proving that the treated sample contains less matrix interference and the LOQs of local anesthetics were 0.06~0.09 mg·L-1. The sample pretreatment method simplified the extraction steps
effectively improved the sensitivity of the determination of the toner sample
and enabled the accurate determination of five local anesthetics.
