为探究圆柱滚子轴承在计入套圈柔性条件下外圈载荷的分布规律,建立了基于刚体套圈理论的力学模型和计入套圈柔性的有限元模型,求解并分析了套圈为柔性和刚性时不同载荷及转速下外圈载荷分布、应力应变及振动的变化规律.结果表明:在计入套圈柔性下,随着载荷的增加,轴承的承载数目由理论的四滚子承载变为六滚子承载,外圈的接触应力值小于相同时刻只计入四滚子承载时的接触应力值,外圈承载区域的增加趋势与接触刚度一致且趋向于对称分布.随着转速的增加,外圈的承载区域呈线性增加且向左偏移.载荷是影响轴承振动的主要因素,柔性套圈下的轴承振动值大于刚性套圈下的振动值.
In order to explore the distribution law of outer ring load of cylindrical roller bearings with fexible ring
a mechanical model based on rigid body ring theory and a finite element model with fexible ring were established
and the load distribution
stress-strain and vibration changes of outer ring under different loads and rotation speeds were solved and analyzed. The results show that
with the fexibility of the ring included
the bearing number changes from the theoretical four-roller load to six-roller load with the increase of load
and the contact stress of the outer ring is less than the stress value when only the four-roller load is counted at the same time. The increasing trend of the bearing area of the outer ring is consistent with the contact stiffness and tends to be symmetrical distribution. As the rotational speed increases
the bearing area of the outer ring increases linearly and shifts to the left. The load is the main factor affecting the bearing vibration. The bearing vibration value under the fexible ring is bigger than that under the rigid ring.
