P(VDF-TrFE)/ZnO composite film was prepared by electrospinning technology as the core layer of flexible triboelectric pressure sensor. P(VDF-TrFE)/ZnO composite films with different zinc oxide doping amounts were prepared. The surface morphology of each component film was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). The results show that the dispersion of zinc oxide is more uniform and the average diameter of the nanofibers is about 425 nm
and nanofibers are arranged in order. The composition of the film was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)
and the existence of ferroelectric β phase is verified at the absorption peaks of 846
1 275 and 1 451 cm-1. The crystal phase of the film was determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The diffraction peak at 2θ = 20.1° corresponds to the β phase of P(VDF-TrFE). The output voltage of the P(VDF-TrFE)/ZnO triboelectric pressure sensor with 5
10
15 and 20 wt% doping amount is 0.55
1.10
1.50 and 2.70 V
respectively
which shows that the output voltage increases with the increase of ZnO doping amount.Stamping and stability tests were performed on the P(VDF-TrFE)/ZnO device with a doping amount of 20 wt%.After 1 200 cycles of testing
the output voltage of the triboelectric pressure sensor is still 2.70 V
and the result remains basically unchanged
indicating the device has good mechanical durability.
