赤霉素(Gibberellin
GA)属于双萜类植物激素,具有诱导无子果实形成、提高坐果率、促进果实早熟和打破休眠等作用,目前广泛用于农业生产.针对农业种植过程中GA广泛使用可能带来的安全性问题,以SD(Sprague Dawley)大鼠为实验动物,测定不同剂量GA对SD大鼠急性毒性和亚急性毒性作用,进行GA体内安全性评价,进一步探索GA可能损伤的靶器官.结果表明:GA对SD大鼠的急性毒性LD50>6 500 mg/kg,毒性分级属于低毒;GA对SD大鼠的亚急性毒性主要集中在肝脏、肾脏、卵巢、睾丸中,最大未观察到有害作用剂量为100 mg/kg.GA毒性分级属于低毒,但如在果实中过量使用可能对脏器有一定的损伤,因此关于GA合理使用的相关监管法规和标准还需进一步完善.所建立的动物模型能够较好地反映GA的毒理特性.在此基础上,可进一步探讨其对人体健康的影响.
Gibberellin(GA) is a kind of diterpenoid plant hormone
which can induce the formation of seedless fruit
increase fruit setting rate
promote fruit early ripening and break dormancy
and is widely used in agricultural production. In view of the possible safety problems caused by the widespread use of GA in agricultural cultivation
SD(Sprague Dawley) rats were used as experimental animals to determine the acute and subacute toxic effects of different doses of GA on SD rats
and to evaluate the safety of GA in vivo to further explore the target organs that GA may damage. The results showed that the acute toxicity of GA to SD rats was more than 6 500 mg/kg
and the toxicity grade belonged to low toxicity
while the subacute toxicity of GA to SD rats was mainly concentrated in liver
kidney
ovary and testis
and the maximum unobserved harmful dose was 100 mg/kg. GA toxicity classification belongs to low toxicity
but if overused in fruit
it may cause some damage to organs
so the relevant regulations and standards on the rational use of GA need to be further improved. The animal model established in this study can well reflect the toxicological characteristics of GA. On this basis
its effect on human health can be further discussed.
