主要乳胶蛋白(Major Latex Proteins
MLPs)是一类植物特有蛋白质,主要存在于双子叶和部分单子叶植物中,在植物生长发育、抵御生物和非生物胁迫方面发挥重要作用.就MLPs蛋白的空间结构、生物学功能及作用机制进行了阐述,为进一步了解MLP家族成员及其在作物改良方面的应用提供参考.
Major latex proteins(MLPs) are a type of plant-specific proteins that primarily exist in dicotyledonous and some monocotyledonous plants. They play important roles in plant growth and development
as well as in defense against biotic and abiotic stresses. This article discusses the spatial structure
biological functions
and mechanisms of action of MLPs
providing references for further understanding of MLP family members and their applications in crop improvement.
