基于激光测距的非接触式车轮踏面外径测量原理,提出了4根激光线汇交于一点的对中方法.采用标定指针、标定板和标定环对4个激光测量传感器的位姿进行标定,其中,位姿参数主要有水平面内激光线之间的夹角θ和激光器发射点到汇交点的距离.在此基础上,对激光线垂直面内的倾斜角β和水平面内的夹角θ进行了误差分析.该测量方法能够测量Φ800~1 300 mm的车轮,测量误差小于±0.5 mm.
Using the principle of non-contact wheel tread outer diameter measurement based on laser ranging
a method for aligning four laser lines intersecting at one point is proposed. The positions of four laser measurement sensors
which are based on the angle θ between laser lines in the horizontal plane and the distance from the laser emission point to the intersection point
are calibrated using a calibration pointer
a calibration board
and a calibration ring. Error analysis has been conducted by the inclination angle β of the laser line and the angle θ in the horizontal plane. This measurement method is capable of measuring Φ800~1 300 mm wheels with a measurement error of less than ±0.5 mm.
