Peer-Review Process

All manuscripts that pass the initial review will be peer-reviewed.

1. All manuscripts are submitted to the editorial department through the online submission system (https://publish.cnki.net/xjdze).

2. The editorial department resolutely opposes plagiarism of other people's manuscripts. For research misconduct such as false information, data forgery, tampering, plagiarism, multiple submissions, and multiple uses of one manuscript, the following measures will be taken: Unpublished manuscripts will be rejected, and published manuscripts will be withdrawn. Editors firstly check the articles for plagiarism through the “Science and Technology Journal Academic Misconduct Literature Checking System”.

3. After the editor reviews the manuscript (already passed the initial review), two peer review experts will be invited to review it again, and then, the editor will send their review suggestions to the authors. Type of peer-review: Double-blind peer review.

a. Judgments are objective.

b. Reviewers have no conflict of interest.

c. Reviewers would point out relevant published work which is not yet cited.

d. Reviewed articles are treated confidentially.

e. The reviewers evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, citizenship, etc. of the authors.

f. The editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

4. The editor makes a decision based on the suggestions of the peer review experts, and notifies the author to revise or reject the manuscript.

5. The author makes revisions to the manuscript based on the suggestions and resubmits the revised version for further evaluation and reprocessing until being accepted or rejected (Steps 2, 3 and 4 above will be repeated).

6. The editor will recommend accepting or rejecting the manuscript based on the suggestions of the peer reviewers. The editor-in-chief will make the final decision.
