Copyright Agreements    

I. Copyright Notice

  The Journal of Xinjiang University (Natural Science Edition in Chinese and English) is a comprehensive scientific and technological academic journal under the supervision and sponsorship of Xinjiang University. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the journal and authors, clarify the copyright ownership of the journal and authors, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the following statement is made regarding the copyright matters related to the manuscript.

(1) For any paper submitted to our journal, the author should ensure that the submitted paper is their original work and not involve infringement or disclosure. And there are no intellectual property disputes.

(2) We have obtained the right to compile, translate, reproduce in both printed and electronic versions, disseminate through online email, and distribute any paper published in our journal. No other journal, media, website, or individual may reprint, repost, or reproduce, publish our paper without written authorization from this journal.

(3) Our journal has signed agreements with Wanfang Database, VIP Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) Database, Superstar Data Resource Database, Changjiang Library, SciOpen of Tsinghua University Press; And CA, EBSCO, etc., allowing them to digitally copy, compile, distribute, and disseminate the full text of our journal through information networks.

(4) Journals, media, websites, and various sources authorized and licensed by this journal must indicate “Source of manuscript: Journal of Xinjiang University(Natural Science Edition in Chinese and English)” or indicate the website of this journal when downloading and using this journal’s paper, otherwise it will be deemed as infringement. Any civil disputes, administrative penalties, or other losses arising from improper reprinting or citation of this journal’s papers shall be borne by the relevant responsible persons.

(5) Once accepted, the digital reproduction rights, distribution rights, compilation rights, and information network dissemination rights, etc., of this paper will be transferred to the editorial department of The Journal of Xinjiang University(Natural Science Edition in Chinese and English). 

        II. Author Fees

The editorial department does not need to pay review fees and page charges, and will pay the authors after the article is published.

        III. Advertising Statement

        The editorial department only conducts the publication of academic articles, and does not engage in any commercial advertising.
