摘要

成批到来排队问题对单服务员排队系统与无穷多个服务员的排队系统已有相当深入的研究结果

且对单服务员系统已能解决其成批的有限容量排队问题.但对多服务员的情形

目前定量的结果不多.本文旨在研究[3]假定下的多服务员系统等待容量有限情形

求得队长与等待时间的平稳分布.

Abstract

In this paper we give two lemmas of the replacement of Markov Chains and then study the queuing system M/M/u/r with atch arrivals and finit6e waiting room. We find the generalting function of the stationary distribution of the queue lenth and the Laplace-Stieltjes transformation of the stationary waiting time distribution.
