In this paper

we present three theorems on decomposition

with the first slightly improved from the Theorem of Decomposition in paper I

and on the basis of the three theorems

we have the Theorem of Manifestation

thus become more concise the relationship between Fuzzy graph and common graph and their algebraic structure.
