The new formalism of Ifamilton principle described in this paper reduces the u-dimensional complete stable conservative mechanical system into (n+1)—dimensional system while the variations wrt space-time lead to u+1 Lagrange equations and 2(n+1) canonical equations. The theory stated here gives out naively the special relativity

and implies that the equivalent principle is superfluous for the metric formalism of the general relativity.
