摘要

本文给出了具有下列条件的结合环R的结构:R上任-n阶方阵A

有A=Q[U N]Q-1(Q

U是可逆矩阵

N是幂零矩阵)。

Abstract

Let R be a ring with 1

Rn×n denotes the ring of n×n matrices over R. If every A∈Rn×n implies that A=Q[|U N|]Q-1 for some invertible matrices Q

U and some nilpotent matrix N. Then R is called Fitting ring.The purpose of the note is to discuss basic properties of Fitting ring and to solve on open question which is given in paper [1].
