摘要

利用扫描单色仪、法布里-珀罗标准具和光子计数技术测量放电管中的亚稳态氩原子密度

用双探针法测量电子浓度和电子温度

得到亚稳态氩原子的产生和破坏速率系数分别为4.86×10-15cm3/sec和1.44×10-9cm3/sec.

Abstract

Using scanning monochromator

etalon and photon counting technique

densi-ty of metastable argon atom was measured at different discharge current.Usingdouble probes

electron

temperature and concentration were measured.Producedrate coefficient (4.86×10-15 cm3/sec) and destroyed rate coefficient(1.44×10-9cm3/sec) of Arm were determined.
