In this peper we consider a class of operators

which are (H'

WL') bounded on H'(Tn) but not (H'

H'). Using the atomic decomposition of H' function

we discuss the strong mean boundcdness and approximation on H'(Tn) for these operators. Our results generalize the results in [1]

[2] and [3].
