摘要

黑冀地鳖ＰｏｌｙｐｈａｇａｏｂｓｃｕｒａＣｈｏｐ．在国内仅产新疆南部，具有重要药用价值，本文报导用中肠肠壁细胞染色体空气干燥制片法，对其染色体核型和带型的研究．其染色体数目２ｎ（♀）＝５２．

Abstract

Polyphaga obscura Chopard only produces in the South of Xinjiang in China and has great medical value.This paper reports the studies of its karyotypes and C-banding by using airdried slide paperation of regenerative cell of mid-gut. The diplioid number is determinated to be Zn (♀)= 52.
