Xinjiang.The new subspecies is distinguished chieny by its skull measurements being smaller. The measurements of greatest length of skull
mastoid width and bullae length are 23. 39± 0. 23. 15. 33± 0. 15 and 9. 96 ±o. 10.Comparison of skull's C. D. between the S. k. xiangi and S. k. kozlovi is shown in the table 3. Three of them are greater than 1. 28.
