摘要

本文从瓜类疫霉菌（Ｐｈｙｔｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａｍｅｌｏｎｉｓ）液体培养液中分离到一种毒素，该毒素对新疆甜瓜（Ｃｕｃｕｍｉｓｍｅｌｏｎ．Ｌ）幼苗有明显的致萎作用，用ＤＥＡＥ—５２柱纯化该毒素得到二个组分．本文比较了这二个组分的组成、致萎差异和荧光谱差异．并发现该毒素的作用可能是瓜类疫霉菌危害新疆甜瓜的主要原因．

Abstract

A toxin was separated from cultural solution of Phytophthora moronis. The toxic had apparently wilting activities to seedling of Cucumis melon L. We purified the toxin with DEAE- 52 column and got two perts from it. Components

wilting activities and spectrum of flurescence of those twc parts were compared and analyses. It was discovered that function of the toxin was a main reason of causing disease in Cucumis melon L by Phtophthora melonis.
