This thesis deals with two key enzymes RuBPCase OXase and PEPCase which take part in the dark reaction of photosynthesis.Rare earth improves the activation of case of the two enzymes
fixes more CO 2
strengthens photosynthesis metabolism and thus
more organic compound are produced. The improvement of the activity of RuBPCase by rare earth is caused by two reasons:1)Rare earth can strengthen the activation of PuBPCase itself.2) It can also increase RuBPCase content. Rare earth has little influence on oxygenation of RuBPCase
so it has little influence on photorespiration either. Rare earth can increase the case/oxase ratio of RuBPCase OXase and this helps the reaction develop towards case. Acceleration of Ce to the activation of case of RuBPCase and PEPCase is greater than that of Ce.
