摘要

研究了啤酒花中香花油提取分离工艺

比较了新疆产几个主要酒花品种的 CO2 酒花浸膏中酒花油的含量

并通过采用不同的提取方法对酒花油进行提取

确定了酒花油提取的最佳工艺路线

并从经济和技术角度对酒花油的生产工艺进行了可行性分析

Abstract

The extracting and separating technology of hop oil from hops was studied. The oil contents of several varieties of hops that grow in Xinjiang were determined. According to the results the feasiblity of the production technology was studied from the viewpoint of economy and techniques.
