摘要

利用光漂白方法在 PMMA/DR1有机聚合物光波导上制备出 Mach- Zehnder干涉型耦合器

形成低开关功率的 2× 2热光开关

在 1 .0 64μm波长处实现了光开关效应 .

Abstract

The thermooptic switch based on polymer PMMA/DR1 waveguide was prepared by means of \{UV-\}photobleaching.The 2×2 switch was composed of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with film heater as phase shifter.We have demonstrated the switch function with low switching power at a wavelength of 1.064 μm.
