The variables of Dirac equations on the background of the general spherically symmetric evaporating black holes with electric charges space-time are separated by spinor method
and then the Dirac equations are changed into ordinary differential equations.Energy level equations are derived from radial equations and angular equations.We find that the energy distribution of Dirac particles not only depends on the mass
spin quantum number
angular quantum number and magnetic quantum number
but is also related to the structure of space-time and the variations of event horizon of black hole.
